Unsurprisingly, a Nintendo game won the best family game award at the 2019 Game Awards. The company took up every slot in this particular category, and in the end, Luigi’s Mansion 3 won. It beat Ring Fit Adventure, Super Mario Maker 2, Yoshi’s Crafted World and the best-fighting game award winner, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
Luigi’s Mansion 3 was released at the end of October. We gave it nine out of ten stars and said it was one of the most “enjoyable and attractive” games released on the Switch this year.
