Assassin's Creed Odyssey For PC: System Requirements, Recommended Specs
<p><a href="https://www.gamespot.com/assassins-creed-odyssey/">Assassin's Creed Odyssey</a>'s release date is nearly upon us (and is actually here, if you buy certain <a href="https://www.gamespot.com/articles/assassins-creed-odyssey-release-date-and-pre-order/1100-6459538/">special editions</a>). With launch approaching, Ubisoft has shared the <a href="https://news.ubisoft.com/article/Assassins-Creed-Odyssey-PC-Specs-and-System-Requirements-Revealed">list of specifications</a> to get it to look and play its best on PC--as well as what you'll need at a bare minimum.</p><p>Come October 5, you'll be able to set out on a Greek odyssey of your own as Kasandra or Alexios, but to make sure that odyssey of yours is running at peak performance, you'll want to make sure you've got a setup that can handle your epic, Spartan journey. Especially since Assassin's Creed Odyssey on PC isn't just a port of the console games.</p><p>For those with PCs that aren't quite up to date with 4K just yet, you won't have to fear. Assassin's Creed Odyssey can be played in as low as 720p, but it's recommended you're playing on a setup that can handle 1080p.</p><p>Because it's not a port of the console games, PC versions of Assassin's Creed Odyssey will have two special settings that you won't find on the console versions. Each set of recommendations in this list says the game will run at 30 FPS--but that's not entirely set in stone.
