Clodsire as ever is a good shout; water immunity, electric immunity, but you still need to deal with the shield going up and needing to terastalize to grass type.
If it uses double team, Flower Trick is a never-miss move.
If it uses Nuzzle or Thunder Wave, that is very annoying yes, it all depends what moves they decide to give it.
The curious thing about high level tera raid battles, as that Pokémon seem to have access to a fifth move, additional to the four moves it can use and will have when caught.
