It appears EA’s CEO Andrew Wilson wasn’t joking in May when he said the third-party video giant was planning to release “multiple” games on the Nintendo Switch.
At EA Play Live today, Respawn Entertainment’s Senior Social Media Manager Alex Ackerman announced the global publisher would be bringing seven – yes, seven – games to the Switch over the next 12 months.
“You can expect seven new games coming to Switch in the next 12 months – including Burnout Paradise coming tomorrow, and Apex Legends later this year.”
So, that’s two down, what are the rest? One other seems to be FIFA 21 – does this total also include the other EA Original games announced today? We’ll just have to wait and find out!
