Epic Is Giving Away 15 Free Games For Christmas Starting Next week

<p>Epic already <a href="https://www.gamespot.com/articles/2-great-rpgs-are-free-at-epic-right-now/1100-6476419/">gives away free games every week</a>, but starting next Thursday, you'll be able to snag a freebie every day. To celebrate the holidays, the Epic free games program is kicking into high gear with <a href="https://twitter.com/EpicGames/status/1337064849285767170?s=20">15 free games in 15 days</a>. Epic ran a similar promotion last year featuring 12 free games. All you need to take part in the holiday giveaways is a <a href="https://www.epicgames.com/id/register">free Epic account</a>.</p><p>At this time, it's unclear which games will be featured in the promotion. The first "mystery" game goes live on <strong>December 17 at 8 AM PT / 11 AM ET</strong>. If Epic follows the same formula as last year, we'll know what the next free game will be a day in advance. However, there's a chance each free game will be a mystery right up until it unlocks.</p><p>We would expect to see some great games in the promotion. Last year, wonderful indies such as <a href="https://www.gamespot.com/games/into-the-breach/">Into the Breach</a>, <a href="https://www.gamespot.com/games/celeste/">Celeste</a>, <a href="https://www.gamespot.com/games/ape-out/">Ape Out</a>, and <a href="https://www.gamespot.com/games/superhot/">Superhot</a> were included in the holiday promotion.
