Double Fine's Psychonauts 2 Gets New Trailer At The Game Awards
<p>After relative radio silence from developer Double Fine, we finally got to see a new trailer for the upcoming <a href="https://www.gamespot.com/psychonauts-2/">Psychonauts 2</a>. While the trailer--which you can watch above--featured a smattering of gameplay, it was mostly packed with story. Protagonist Rasputin stood front and center as he jumped to and fro on what we have to assume to be a mission as an officially sanctioned Psychonaut.</p><p>Other characters from the original appear. OG Psychonaut Ford Cruller appears to give Rasputin a lecture about the importance of being a Psychonaut. There's some fun comedy and glimpses of other familiar faces set in-between some action-packed platforming. But the most intriguing part of it all was the mysterious figure that appears at the end, whom we can only assume is the main antagonist of the game.
