Edit: Many people still for the Beach Ball sticker from the Summer 2023 Sale. It is a bug, no word on what we can do to rectify it.
P.S.: Limited Steam accounts (i.e., have not spent $5 value on your account) cannot claim the free badge. You can still claim the free chat stickers though.
