News - Turnip Boy Commits Yet Another Crime In This Week's Epic Games Store Freebie
The Epic Games Store continues to give away a free game each week, and this week's offering is another nice find at a price that can't be beat. Every Thursday at 8 AM PT / 11 AM ET, Epic offers at least one free PC game (and sometimes even as many as two or three). All you need to do to claim the free games is create a free Epic account and enable two-factor authentication. You have a week to add the freebies to your library before the new one(s) take their place. At this point, Epic has given away hundreds of free games, and there's no sign that the program will stop any time soon. The company has also extended its freebies to Android devices, and you can claim a free game every week here as well. We keep this article up to date weekly to highlight both the current free games and next week's offerings.
This week, you can grab Turnip Boy Robs a Bank and Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms. Turnip Boy Robs a Bank is a direct sequel to Turnip Boy Commits Tax Evasion, but this time, the happy-go-lucky sentient vegetable gets roped into a scheme to rob the biggest bank in town, in this roguelite adventure. Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms is a Dungeons & Dragons strategy management game that features characters from across the D&D multiverse.

News - The Best PS5 Deals This Week: Save On Games And Consoles For A Limited Time
Many of last week's PS5 deals are continuing this week, including the awesome sales at both PlayStation Direct and Woot. However, both of these sales will be wrapping up soon, making this your last chance to cash in on some of the best deals we've seen in the early months of 2026. There are also a handful of new deals to explore, including a variety of DualSense price cuts and additional game discounts--including Borderlands 4 for $45 (was $70) and Dragon Age: The Veilguard for just $10 (was $20). If you're hunting for a cheap PS5 console, your best bet remains the PS5 Digital Edition: Fortnite Flowering Chaos Bundle, which saves you $100 and comes packed with exclusive content for Epic's battle royale.
Here's a look at the best PS5 deals for the week of March 2, 2026, including price cuts on games, accessories, and consoles.
Highguard will officially go offline on March 12, developer Wildlight has announced. This was the expected result, given that player numbers had fallen dramatically and the game was being supported only by a skeleton crew following mass layoffs at the company.
More than 2 million people played Highguard, the studio said, and "many believed in what we were building." Wildlight said it is "deeply grateful" for the fans, but admitted, "We have not been able to build a sustainable player base to support the game long term."
Highguard will remain playable until March 12, and Wildlight said it hopes people will come back "one more time to show your support and get those final great matches in while we still can."
Sonic the Hedgehog 4 is set for release in March 2027, so fans still have to wait a while to see it. Fowler directed the previous three Sonic movies and is coming back for the fourth.
The cast for Sonic 4 features Ben Schwartz returning to play Sonic, with Bell coming aboard as Rose. Dr. Robotnik actor Jim Carrey stated that he's "definitely open" to returning for another sequel, but it remains to be seen if he'll actually be in it. No other casting or story details are available.
What's your favorite scary movie? That's a question the Scream franchise asks with every new sequel in the slasher series, and preorders have just opened up for Scream 7. While it's still busy taking a stab at box office glory, you can choose from three different 4K Blu-rays, including an Amazon-exclusive edition that comes with the cutest little Ghostface.
