Harry Potter actor Tom Felton, who played Draco Malfoy in the film series, has revealed that he and other members of the cast were apparently unsure if the series would be a success. As such, the films were made as one-offs, with no promise made that the cast would reunite the following year to make another movie. Speaking to Collider, Felton also talked about how some people involved in the filmmaking process apparently believed the young cast members like Felton, Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, and Emma Watson might age too quickly. "It was a strange thing because I think people always assumed that we were gonna make the eight films from day one, and that was never the case," Felton said. "It was always, 'We're gonna make one. That did okay, so we're gonna make another one. That did better, so we're gonna make another one.' We were never promised the fact that we were gonna all be coming back next year." News - Joker 2 Gets R Rating, Features Brief Full Nudity
Like the 2019 film, this October's Joker: Folie a Deux will be rated R. The Motion Picture Association has listed a rating for the highly anticipated sequel and also gave some clues about why it received that rating. Joker: Folie a Deux will have "some strong violence, language throughout, some sexuality, and brief full nudity," the ratings board said, as reported by Variety. News - My Hero Academia Season 7 Gets May 2024 Release Date
Deku and his friends will be smashing their way back to Crunchyroll for season 7 of the critically acclaimed anime My Hero Academia. The new season will premiere on May 4 on May 4 at 2:30 AM PT, 5:30 AM ET. If you're wondering why Crunchyroll is airing it so early in the morning, the new episodes will be airing simultaneously in the United States and Japan. To help remind viewers of everything that happened, Crunchyroll will be simulcasting My Hero Academia: Memories. This four-episode event will recap the entire show from Season 1, Season 6 Memories will premiere later this week on April 6 at 2:30 AM PT / 5:30 AM ET and end just in time for season 7. My Hero Academia Season 7 and Memories do not have release dates for their dubbed counterparts. News - Helldivers 2 Patch Makes It Easier To Rescue Squishy Civilians, Triples Level
A new Helldivers 2 patch is live, bringing with it numerous tweaks, buffs, and new environmental threats to the game. As if firestorms, tremors, and ion storms weren't bad enough, you can now expect to encounter blizzards and sandstorms on certain planets while trying to avoid the insect hordes and the chanting Automaton forces. For anyone looking to chase higher numbers and new titles, the game's level cap has tripled from 50 to 150, and PS5 owners can expect the loadout-reset bug to be addressed in this patch. Developer Arrowhead has also reworked several weapons, tweaking and buffing them to be more effective in battle. The Anti-Materiel Rifle does 30% more damage, the Arc Thrower has increased stagger force, and the Dominator got a big damage boost. A few weapons have been tweaked to be more balanced, but when you're out of Stratagems, your arsenal should be more reliable when your back is against the wall. Other interesting changes include the Retrieve Essential Personnel mission being easier to complete. Additionally, and the negative effects of operation modifiers that increase stratagem cooldowns have been halved. This particular mission will see enemy spawn points moved farther away, giving players a fighting chance to shepherd civilians into a bunker when they're being chased by homicidal machines equipped with chainsaw-arms.
