Just a few days ago, players upset with the quality of Cyberpunk 2077 on PS4 and Xbox One reported that they were being offered refunds. CD Projekt Red itself said that players should contact Microsoft or Sony in order to get the refund process started. However, it appears the company is now taking a different approach, as it is no longer recommending PlayStation players request a refund at all. For PlayStation players, however, it told them to wait for "us to get back to you." No timetable was given for when this could be.

People are starting to get this response back from CD Projekt RED, after emailing their “help” address for refunds.
