This is not a steam version ! This is a DRM-free version.
Log into your GOG account, or create one first.

Scroll down to see a green button with the Tower Of Time banner that says "Get it Free"
You now get Tower Of Time added to your library.
There's 5 games available on GOG Connect (this means that if you own them on Steam, you can get them for free on GOG.com).
The games are:
Bad North: Jotunn Edition
Chasm
Hedon
Galaxy Trucker: Extended Edition
Through the Ages
And sign into your steam account then it should automatically detect if you have those games on your steam and then they can be added.
