The Deluxe Edition includes a cyborg-themed skin pack, which is roughly par for the course with a special edition like this, but more notable is the inclusion of what's called the Buddy Pass. If they want to get those, they'll have to pay an upgrade fee to purchase the full game. Bethesda has not revealed whether the upgrade fee will be cheaper than just buying the game. Still, this might save you both some money if you know you want to play the game with a friend.</p><p dir="ltr">The Cyborg Skin Pack includes a custom character skin as well as titanium alloy skins for all weapons, the hatchet, and the knife.
