White Xbox One Charity Auction Raises $11,300

100% of the sales price goes to the Wounded Warrior Project.

The auction for a special, employees-only white Xbox One that began last week has come to an end. The final sale price ended up being $11,300, all of which will go to the Wounded Warrior Project charity.

This was one of two white Xbox One consoles Microsoft auctioned off for charity. This one was for those in the United States, while the first was for European gamers. The latter ended up being sold for $7,958 / £5,000 / €5,920.

These white systems aren't being sold to the public -- although they could be in the future. Aside from these auctions, they are only being given out to Microsoft employees involved with the One's development, hence the "I MADE THIS" inscription on the front of the console.

In addition to the system itself (which comes with a controller and Kinect), the auction included a year of Xbox Live Gold and all of Microsoft's first-party launch games, including Forza Motorsport 5, Ryse, Dead Rising 3, Killer Instinct, Project Spark, and Crimson Dragon.

Xbox One launches worldwide this Friday, November 22.
