News - Switch 2 First-Party Game Sizes Are Apparently Pretty Manageable, At Least So
<p>Leave it to Nintendo to attempt to keep game file sizes from growing too large in an age of titles taking up over 100GB of storage space on consoles. A few first-party <a href="https://www.gamespot.com/articles/switch-2-release-date-specs-display-price/1100-6520278/">Switch 2</a> games apparently won't even top 10GB, with Mario Kart World the only listed title so far racing past the 20GB mark.</p><p dir="ltr">The digital <a href="https://www.nintendo.com/us/store/games/">Nintendo Store for the US</a> hasn't listed Switch 2 games yet but apparently the Japanese storefront has (via <a href="https://www.ign.com/articles/nintendo-switch-2-game-sizes-revealed-and-it-looks-like-the-256-gb-internal-storage-will-keep-most-players-going-for-a-while">IGN</a>).
