<p>The new Resident Evil movie from Barbarian director Zach Cregger could feature Oscar-winner Mikey Madison (Anora). According to a new report, there are "whispers" in Hollywood that Madison--who just won the Oscar for Best Actress for Anora--could star in the video game adaptation.</p><p>Madison achieved breakout success with Anora, earning her an Oscar. Some of her previous credits included the TV series Better Things and 2022's Scream. She also appeared in Quentin Tarantino's Once Upon a Time... in Hollywood as a member of Charles Manson's gang.</p><p><a href="https://www.worldofreel.com/blog/2025/3/27/mikey-madison-offered-lead-role-in-zach-creggers-resident-evil">World of Reel's report </a>said Madison has been offered a role in Resident Evil, but that doesn't mean she would necessarily accept it.
