If it's a windows 10 issue I recommend downloading vmware then install a version of windows 7. It's quick and free work around. Generally windows 10 has the capabilities to run all programs. You can right click >> Properties >> and go to Compatability to change which version of windows to mimick. Hope that helps! This is a really old program though. Haven't used it in 5+ years but download link is still good!
