Last year we saw both a PS4Payload IP Patcher and PS4 SDK Installer Script from PlayStation 4 developer @DaBlackPantha, and today he returns with a basic PS4API Server Payload and Client Side complete with source code and details below.

The code is not the best, but I just don't have the time or the interest to work on this anymore, hopefully someone else will build upon this and make it gr8.
The api is very similar to PS3API by imcsx, with most of the same functions, etc. I made it that way so it would be relatively easy to port projects from PS3 to PS4, etc.
How to use the API:
Add the dll as a resource to your project
Include the namespace in your project
Common function usage:
Code: PS4API.ConnectTarget(string ip) - Connects to the supplied local ip address. This will only work obviously if the payload is still running on the ps4...
PS4API.AttachProcess(string processName) - Attaches to the supplied procName. Most games use eboot.bin or default.elf or something like that.
PS4API.ReadMemory(UInt32 address, int readLength) - Reads x amount of bytes from the supplied address
PS4API.SetMemory(UInt32 address, byte[] memory) - Writes the byte array memory, to the supplied address
PS4API.Extension.[] - This is a subclass that holds many extra memory functions such as Read/Write Int16/32/64, Floats, Doubles, Strings, etc. Similar to PS3LIB
You can also call the commands that the server can process directly by using:
Code: PS4API.Commands.[] - Here has all the raw command calls, such as ReadMemory, GetPID, VSH Notification, etc.
Known bugs:
One of the biggest bugs that I have found, and am too lazy to debug, is a bug in which if you call the ReadMemory command to read a large chunk of memory too fast, it will crash the payload. This tells me the error lies in the payload code. But as I said, I have no interest in this project anymore.
Feel free to use this api as long as you do not use it for anything malicious or for anything commercial.

On this very merry X-Mas day following his PS4Payload IP Patcher, PlayStation 4 developer @DaBlackPantha made available a PS4-SDK Installer Script for compiling CTurt's Open Source PS4 SDK while we await Sony's official PS4 SDK to be leaked.

To quote from Black Panther: I made this for those (noobs) who want to make things for CTurts PS4-SDK but do not know how to compile/install the SDK.
What you Need:
Linux Operating System (Mingw on windows might work, idk)
root access
bash installed (which in most cases, it will already be installed if not run apt-get install bash)
What this does:
Installs LLVM 3.8, BINUTILS, and GIT (which are needed)
clones the PS4-SDK into /usr/local
compile the necessary libraries
compile all the examples

This weekend PlayStation 4 developer @DaBlackPantha released a PS4Payload IP Patcher v1 followed by v1.01 with source code which scans the payload for a byte pattern of 192.168 allowing the user to overwrite it with your own where applicable.

To quote from Black Panther: I made this tool for those lazy people who don't want/don't know how to recompile payloads/hex edit the IPs themselves.
It's pretty bare-bones at the moment I suppose I could add more advanced options to it, but for now I think it's good enough.
All it does is search the payload for the byte pattern of 192.168 and lets you write over those bytes with your own IP address.
Somethings to note:
It currently only searches for the IP prefixes of '192.168' so if the payload was compiled with an IP different than those prefixes, it will throw an error. However, I don't see why someone would have their PS4 on any other prefix than 192.168
Change log:
v1.01:
Removed useless menu items such as 'save' and 'close'
Only allows for the opening of .bin and .elf files (most common for payloads as of now)
Added feature to only allow local IP prefixes (192.168.x.x)

Battleborn’s team-based competitive multiplayer action can be experienced by up to 10 players online in 5v5 matches, and includes three distinct multiplayer modes. - Incursion: Teams of heroes must defend their base from waves of AI-controlled minions while working together alongside their own minions to destroy their opponent’s base.
- Meltdown: Teams of heroes must guide their minions as they march to their death at the center of the map. Points are scored for every minion who throws themselves into the incinerator, and the team with the most points wins.
- Capture: Teams of heroes face off in a fast-paced death match and must capture and hold objectives on the map to win.
- Face-Off: Battle and exterminate Varelsi to collect their masks and score points, while balancing between helping your team collect masks and preventing the enemy team from doing so. All the while, the Varelsi get tougher including arena boss battles.
Persistent Progression System:- Character Rank: Each hero can permanently rank up from 1 to 20 outside of missions and matches, allowing players to swap out augments in their helix skill tree, as well as unlock skins.
- Command Rank: Players can rank up their own player profile, and loot that can be used to benefit any hero the player chooses to command.
Factions:- The Peacekeepers are sworn protectors of Solus
- The Eldrid are preservers of the natural order of the universe
- The Rogues are mercenaries only concerned with their own survival
- The Last Light Consortium (LLC) are war profiteers, exploiting others for their own gain
- The Jennerit Empire rule others by force, valuing power above all else
Battleborn Heroes:
Battleborn has a deep roster of 30 playable heroes and no two are the same. Every hero has their own personality and comes equipped with their own unique weapons and powers.
Helix System:
Battleborn’s accelerated character growth system allows players to level-up a character from 1 to 20 and fully experience each hero’s unique weapons and powers in a single story mission or multiplayer match.

Now that it's partly free to play, you should give it a try.
Recommendable to fans of games like Overwatch, Paladins or Team Fortress.
