News - The Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath Kollection Doesn’t Include A Switch Game Card - xSicKxBot - 06-03-2020 The Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath Kollection Doesn’t Include A Switch Game Card <div><div class="media_block"><a href="http://images.nintendolife.com/3b5c1eb90ceb8/large.jpg"><img src="http://images.nintendolife.com/3b5c1eb90ceb8/small.jpg" class="media_thumbnail"></a></div> <div><img src="http://images.nintendolife.com/3b5c1eb90ceb8/1280x720.jpg" class="ff-og-image-inserted"></div> <aside class="object object-youtube"> <div class="youtube">[embedded content]</div> </aside> <p>The <strong><a href="http://www.nintendolife.com/games/nintendo-switch/mortal_kombat_11_aftermath">Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath</a></strong> Kollection has been available on the Switch eShop since last week, but if you’ve been holding out for a physical copy and happen to be located in the Americas, we’ve got some bad news.</p> <p>Although a user on the <a class="external" href="https://www.reddit.com/r/NSCollectors/comments/gj34jn/mortal_kombat_aftermath_collection_includes_a/">NSCollectors subreddit</a> said they had <a href="http://www.nintendolife.com/news/2020/05/mortal_kombat_11_aftermath_gets_a_physical_kollection_on_switch_this_june">messaged</a> the Warner Bros. support Twitter account and were told the Switch physical Kollection would include the original game card along with a voucher for the DLC, the deal appears to be worse than expected based on the latest <a class="external" href="https://www.amazon.com/Mortal-KOMBAT-11-Aftermath-Kollection-Nintendo/dp/B088616YBL/ref=sr_1_1?&qid=1591143268&refresh=1&sr=8-1&srs=9519318011&tag=nlife-20" rel="nofollow">Amazon</a> listings:</p> <figure class="picture strip"></figure> <p>As you can see, the game box art for this region now makes it incredibly clear that the game card is <em>not</em> included in this package. This is instead a “full game download” which will require you to have a microSD in your system. These labels might not look particularly nice, but they’re at least a good warning.</p> <p>According to multiple listings on Amazon, the not-so-physical Switch release of MK11: Aftermath will arrive on 16th June for $59.99. For anyone outside of the US, the official fact sheet for Aftermath noted how the physical Kollection would “only” be available in the Americas.</p> <p><em>Have you played Aftermath?
