News - Game Release Dates In September 2018: Nintendo Switch, PS4, Xbox One, And PC - xSicKxBot - 09-26-2018 Game Release Dates In September 2018: Nintendo Switch, PS4, Xbox One, And PC <p>September has officially arrived, and with it comes a new slate of games for PS4, Xbox One, PC, Nintendo Switch, and even 3DS. While most of this year's big holiday releases are reserved for October and November, this month is still filled with some exciting new games across each platform. Along with marquee titles like <a href="https://www.gamespot.com/dragon-quest-xi-echoes-of-an-elusive-age/">Dragon Quest XI</a> and <a href="https://www.gamespot.com/marvels-spider-man/">Spider-Man</a>, this month sees the official Xbox One release of <a href="https://www.gamespot.com/playerunknowns-battlegrounds/">PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds</a>, while sports fans have the latest installments in NBA Live and FIFA to look forward to.</p><p>September is also home to a couple of major DLC releases. First is <a href="https://www.gamespot.com/destiny-2/">Destiny 2</a>'s Taken King-sized expansion, Forsaken, which introduces Gambit mode, new enemies, story missions, and a wealth of other content to the shooter. Switch's massive JRPG <a href="https://www.gamespot.com/xenoblade-chronicles-2/">Xenoblade Chronicles 2</a> also receives its own sizable story expansion, Torna: The Golden Country, this month, which chronicles the downfall of the eponymous country 500 years before the events of the main game.</p><p>That's only scratching the surface of all the games September has to offer.
