These are the form or guidelines you must follow to report Admin Abuse, Bans, Ban Appeals, and Leave of Absence.

All ban appeals must use the following format, failure to do so will result in an automatic rejection of your ban appeal.

What administrator banned you?
Why were you banned? Explain.
Why should you be unbanned? Explain.
