<p>We're just two months away from Season 2 of HBO's The Last of Us premiere and showrunners Craig Mazin and Neil Druckmann are getting geared up for the release without giving too much away. We know the <a href="https://www.gamespot.com/articles/the-last-of-us-season-2-timeline-wont-be-same-as-the-game/1100-6529236/">timeline going forward won't match up with the game's</a>, but the season will also include material originally cut from the game itself.</p><p>Talking to <a href="https://ew.com/the-last-of-us-creators-set-stage-dense-episodes-season-2-exclusive-8783868">Entertainment Weekly</a> about the upcoming season, Mazin and Druckmann discuss the overarching story, what's being moved around, and what's being added.
