News - Starfield Console Mod Support, New Creation Kit Still Coming, Says Todd Howard
<p>Support for mods on console and an out-of-this-world new Creation Kit for modders to sink their teeth into are still coming to <a href="https://www.gamespot.com/games/starfield/">Starfield</a>, game director Todd Howard said in <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7wvqF41_Bgw">a recent livestreamed interview with Kinda Funny Games</a>.</p><p dir="ltr">"Yes, we've delivered it to some people, some of our creators for Starfield," Howard said, confirming the Creation Kit modding software is currently in the hands of select modders. "You're gonna hear some information about that soon. I don't have a date to announce on when its full release is coming, but [it's] really, really important to us.
