Here are some additional details from its <a class=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/chimicles.com\/\">website<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>CSK&amp;D is investigating a potential class action based upon reports that the Nintendo Joy-Con controller for their Nintendo Switch gaming console can experience joystick drift issues. Specifically, it is reported that the joystick on the Joy-Con will automatically register movement when the joystick is not being controlled and interfere with gameplay.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>This obviously isn&#8217;t the first time something like this has happened. Nintendo&#8217;s legal section has had to deal with plenty of patent claims over the years.
