As <a class=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/www.serebii.net\/index2.shtml\">Serebii<\/a> reports, however, the encounters appear to be pretty rare and each one seems to be tied to a particular region. Azelf is reportedly only spawning across the Americas, Mesprit is popping up in Europe, and Uxie has only been found in Japan.
