    Better Sorting in My Games & apps<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    Our team has made it even easier to find what you\u2019re looking for in any Games & apps. From now on,  articles such as \u201ca,\u201d \u201can\u201d and \u201cthe\u201d will no longer be used to sort titles when using the \u201cSort A-Z\u201d and \u201cGroup by letter\u201d views; for example, \u201cThe Witcher\u201d will now be found under \u201cW\u201d instead of \u201cT.\u201d Thanks so much to our Xbox community for helping prioritize this change by voting in our recent \u201cMy Games & apps\u201d Idea Drive, and don\u2019t forget to check the Xbox Idea Hub for other topics to which you can contribute!<\/p>\n

            Audio<\/strong><\/h4>\n

            • Headsets are not being assigned to the users profiles.<\/li>\n
            • Some users are experiencing no audio with headsets and we are investigating<\/li>\n
            • Some users are encountering no audio on their Xbox console after boot (no shell audio, no game audio, no app audio), then have CSS ask them to perform the following steps:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              1. Cold reboot the console<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                OR<\/p>\n

                1. Go to Audio settings on console<\/li>\n
                2. Change their HDMI audio settings to the highest supported uncompressed channel count for their equipment<\/li>\n
                3. Switch back to the desired format<\/li>\n
                4. Audio should be restored<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                      Settings \u2013 Hard Drive Transfer<\/strong><\/h4>\n
