Once finalized, the deal will become Nvidia\u2019s biggest acquisition to date.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s a hefty deal, and one that Nvidia <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marketwatch.com\/story\/nvidia-to-make-largest-acquisition-in-its-history-in-7-billion-deal-for-mellanox-2019-03-11\">reportedly beat out bids<\/a> from Intel and Microsoft to arrange.
