The publisher\u2019s parent company DK announced this week that the company is winding down operations and will close down after 28 years in business.<\/p>\n<p>The shutdown comes as a result of what DK described as a \u201csignificant decline\u201d in its video game business, reflecting a years-long change\u00a0that has seen strategy\u00a0guides shift from a printed resource to a primarily online one.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>According to sources speaking to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.egmnow.com\/articles\/news\/strategy-guide-publisher-prima-games-is-shutting-down\/\">EGM<\/a>, all three of the companies offices are being shut down as a result.
