The game blends exploration-style gameplay within phosphorescent environments with interactive puzzle solving.<\/p>\n<p>Our friends over at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pushsquare.com\/reviews\/ps4\/n_e_r_o_nothing_ever_remains_obscure\">Push Square<\/a> praised the game&#8217;s beautiful scenery in a review for the game, but noted that the puzzle gameplay actually gets in the way of the storytelling.\u00a0<\/p>\n<blockquote readability=\"11\">\n<p>&#8220;N.E.R.O. intrigues as an interactive visual novel, but it fails in its attempts to be a game. The puzzles here are laughably easy, and they subsequently get in the way of the storytelling. There are some beautiful cutscenes and an interesting story here, but they&#8217;re too often impeded by unenjoyable gameplay.&#8221; &#8211; Push Square<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><\/blockquote>\n<p>It&#8217;s an intriguing title, but one that seems to have a few issues bringing it down. Maybe this is one for you to consider if you&#8217;re sold on the storytelling premise alone.<\/p>\n<p>The game is set to launch with both physical and digital editions on 26th October.<\/p>\n<p><em>What do you think?
