During an interview with Game Reactor, he was asked about the company\u2019s future plans for the Switch &#8211; specifically if there were any mainline Fallout announcements on the horizon:<\/p>\n<blockquote readability=\"12\">\n<p>Well, there\u2019s definitely interest, [but] not something that we are exploring right now. We think that the Switch is a great platform. It was the first time we really worked closely with Nintendo on Skyrim &#8211; really, really great experience and we\u2019ll certainly be doing things with the platform in the future, but right now it\u2019s not a mainline Fallout 4.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><\/blockquote>\n<p>When asked to share his own personal thoughts about the platform, he said:<\/p>\n<blockquote readability=\"11\">\n<p>I love it. When Nintendo came to us we were one of the first people that they showed the Switch to. So I got to play it very, very early, and immediately felt that this is unique, it\u2019s not just a handheld, it\u2019s also a console and it\u2019s very uniquely Nintendo.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote readability=\"11\">\n<p>When it came out, we were there very early as developers&#8230;we got lucky how popular the platform was, but we felt strongly it was going to be popular. I love Zelda, the Switch became the \u2018Zelda device\u2019 when it came out, and Mario\u2019s great on it and a lot of other games as well.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Do Todd\u2019s responses ease any potential concerns you might have had about Bethesda&#8217;s interest in the Switch?
