Was it the Dreamcast-inspired bright, blocky colours? The upbeat music? Or the fact that you\u2019re pulling off sick tricks and grinding rails on a freakin\u2019 <em>train<\/em>? Probably all three, come to think of it.<\/p>\n<p>The only sticking point was the gameplay. Would this offer depth and longevity to go with its stellar presentation, or would it be little more than a glorified knock-off of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Subway_Surfers\">Subway Surfers<\/a><\/strong>? Well, I\u2019m happy to say that Denshattack is a joyous time that recaptures that distinctive early \u201900s vibe of games like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.timeextension.com\/games\/dreamcast\/jet_set_radio\">Jet Set Radio<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nintendolife.com\/games\/gamecube\/crazy_taxi\">Crazy Taxi<\/a>.
