The claimed dataset includes employee names, email addresses, surveys, analytics reports, bank statement PDFs, W-9 forms, workplace feedback, etc.<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 <a href=\"https:\/\/bsky.app\/profile\/did:plc:ntxklgzhav3ilrmci2it5dux?ref_src=embed\">Hackmanac (@hackmanac.com)<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/bsky.app\/profile\/did:plc:ntxklgzhav3ilrmci2it5dux\/post\/3mo72m7c76q2l?ref_src=embed\">2026-06-13T20:07:24.925Z<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/aside>\n<p>It is claimed that this data was collected via <a href=\"https:\/\/marketplace.microsoft.com\/en-us\/product\/office\/wa104381729?tab=overview\">TINYpulse<\/a>, a WebMD Health Services HR program designed as an &#8220;employee engagement and feedback solution to enhance culture and performance.&#8221; Targeting a third-party program used by an institution (rather than Nintendo itself) is a common tactic for ransomware groups.<\/p>\n<p>While this unconfirmed leak is much smaller than the large <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nintendolife.com\/news\/2025\/04\/nintendos-on-a-mission-to-unmask-the-pokemon-teraleak-hacker\">&#8216;teraleak&#8217;<\/a> which affected The Pok\u00e9mon Company back in 2024 or the earlier <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Nintendo_data_leak\">&#8216;gigaleak&#8217;<\/a>, the sensitive nature of the details makes this an extremely serious breach if verified.<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;ve reached out to Nintendo for comment and will update this article if we hear back.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Image: Alex Olney \/ Nintendo Life An as-yet-unverified data breach may have affected Nintendo, according to a claim made by hacking group ShadowByt3$.
