On social media today, Sega <a class=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/crazytaxi\/status\/2057522083706662957\">uploaded a five-second video<\/a> showing a taxi sign lighting up.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"object object-youtube\">\n<figure class=\"youtube\" data-videoid=\"XM-zSdIgjVI\" data-start=\"0\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/XM-zSdIgjVI?rel=0&amp;hd=1&amp;showinfo=0&amp;modestbranding=0&amp;autohide=1\">\n<p>[embedded content]<\/p>\n<\/figure>\n<\/aside>\n<p>Crazy Taxi&#8217;s reboot, which is being developed with the help of Sega&#8217;s Sapporo Studio, has been previously described as a &#8220;triple-A&#8221; game and one that will be a &#8220;massively multiplayer driving&#8221; experience.<\/p>\n<p>In Sega Sammy&#8217;s latest financial results presentation, Crazy Taxi was featured as part of the schedule for &#8220;Upcoming Plans&#8221;. This also included <em>other<\/em> legacy franchise revivals for <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nintendolife.com\/games\/vcarcade\/golden_axe\">Golden Axe<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nintendolife.com\/games\/gba\/jet_grind_radio\">Jet Set Radio<\/a><\/strong> and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nintendolife.com\/games\/megadrive\/streets_of_rage\">Streets of Rage<\/a><\/strong>, with the official title and release date of each project listed as &#8216;TBD&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>Sega has already released a new entry in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nintendolife.com\/reviews\/switch-eshop\/shinobi-art-of-vengeance\">Shinobi<\/a> series on the Switch and other platforms.
