We had to give our eyes a little rub and pull a double-take as we opened this week’s UK charts data this morning. Is that… Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream<\/a> in the top spot?<\/p>\n

Yes, despite the series selling rather well on 3DS, there was a part of us that thought the gap until Living the Dream might have dampened enthusiasm a little, but no! The Switch life sim has immediately grabbed the gold in its debut week, even beating Capcom’s multi-platform original, Pragmata<\/a> (for which only 13% of sales came from Switch 2).<\/p>\n

These newbies mean that Resident Evil Requiem<\/a> has slipped down to third, while Pok\u00e9mon Pokopia<\/a> has dropped all the way down to sixth. Hey, at least Marvel Cosmic Invasion<\/a> has pulled in some fans after the physical finally launched last week!<\/p>\n
