And here we are, after nine Pok\u00e9mon polls covering every generation, it’s time for the showdown: Who will you<\/em> choose as the very best Pok\u00e9mon ever?<\/p>\n

Today, we present the winning Pocket Monster from each of our previous polls<\/a> (now closed) for the final nine-way battle to find out the overall Pok\u00e9mon champion.<\/p>\n

Our thanks to everybody who voted in the Gen polls. Below you’ll find the candidates competing today, including the percentage of the vote they won in their respective polls<\/strong> and an extract from their Pok\u00e9dex entry. We’ve also included the runners-up on each generation’s podium.<\/p>\n

And at the bottom you’ll find the poll, naturally. But before you vote, let’s meet the nine contenders vying for their laurels, their crown, their Pok\u00e9-rona, if you will, kicking off with a very familiar face…<\/p>\n

Generation I Poll Winner – Charizard (7%)<\/h2>\n

If Charizard becomes truly angered, the flame at the tip of its tail burns in a light blue shade.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Generation II Poll Winner – Umbreon (7.5%)<\/h2>\n

Generation III Poll Winner – Rayquaza (8.83%)<\/h2>\n

Generation IV Poll Winner – Lucario (9.23%)<\/h2>\n

Generation V Poll Winner – Chandelure (8.33%)<\/h2>\n

Generation VI Poll Winner – Greninja (14.92%)<\/h2>\n

Generation VIII Poll Winner – Corviknight (7.86%)<\/h2>\n

Generation IX Poll Winner – Ceruledge (10.56%)<\/h2>\n

That’s your lot – at least until Gen 10 arrives<\/a>!<\/p>\n
