As it&#8217;s now past <strong>1st January 2026<\/strong>, this contest has officially concluded.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"picture\" data-uuid=\"734e680b15efd\"><a class=\"scanlines\" title=\"Mega Man\" href=\"https:\/\/images.nintendolife.com\/734e680b15efd\/mega-man.large.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/images.nintendolife.com\/734e680b15efd\/mega-man.900x.jpg\" width=\"900\" height=\"506\" loading=\"lazy\" alt=\"Mega Man\"><\/a><figcaption class=\"caption\">Design Model \u2014 <em class=\"credit\"><span class><\/span> Image: Capcom<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Capcom has followed this up with an update, thanking fans for their &#8220;wonderful&#8221; submissions, and mentioning how staff will now review the entries. From there, 20 designs are selected to progress to the next round of voting, and then fans will vote in their &#8220;top 6&#8221; through the CAPCOM ID system.<\/p>\n<p>This will get underway later this month on <strong>30th January 2026<\/strong>, and there&#8217;ll even be a voting participation reward in the form of a special icon.<\/p>\n<p>After the top six are selected, Capcom will pick the best design, and this design will be used in Mega Man: Dual Override.
