Fresh Tai Chi sessions have also been added to the game, so you can get your reps in at a more manageable pace.<\/p>\n<p>The full patch notes were shared on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nintendo.com\/en-gb\/Support\/Nintendo-Switch\/Game-Updates\/How-to-Update-Fitness-Boxing-3-Your-Personal-Trainer-2716492.html?srsltid=AfmBOoquNIzC6RTolNs7Jpt6ehonNiBeVou8olPxJ0d8o65fHugb37AV\">Nintendo Support<\/a> website, and we have gathered them together for you to check out below. As ever, they are a little on the brief side!<\/p>\n<h2>Fitness Boxing 3 Ver. 1.3.0 (18th Dec 2025)<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Additional and Updated Features<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Added Kurogane as an instructor.<\/li>\n<li>Added Easy Workouts, where you can easily select an exercise program.<\/li>\n<li>Added tai chi to the game.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Bug Fixes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fixed minor bugs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<p>Not all that detailed, eh? Hey ho, at least the additions sound interesting enough.<\/p>\n<p>We had a good time with Fitness Boxing 3 when it punched its way onto Switch last year.
