After a brief delay, we now have the week’s charts for boxed sales in the UK and surprising absolutely nobody, The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom<\/a> has held onto the top spot after debuting in first place last week.<\/p>\n

According to GamesIndustry.biz<\/a>, Link’s latest outing has seen a 73% drop in sales week-on-week (though that is not unusual for a game which receives so much hype around its opening) and has now overtaken both Link’s Awakening<\/a> on Switch and Ocarina of Time 3D<\/a> to become the sixth best-selling Zelda title in UK history. All of that ain’t too bad after only two weeks on the market.<\/p>\n

FIFA 23<\/a> and Hogwarts Legacy<\/a> continue to hold strong in second and third place respectively, while Star Wars: Jedi Survivor<\/a> just slips off of the podium.<\/p>\n

Elsewhere, LEGO 2K Drive<\/a> has debuted in the charts at number 7, with 31% of the game’s sales coming from the Switch (beaten only by the PS5 which took 37%). This was just enough to beat the continued love for Zelda on the console, as Breath of the Wild<\/a> once again lands at the eighth spot in the charts \u2014 also, check out the surprise reappearance from Skyward Sword HD<\/a> back in the top 40 at number 14!<\/p>\n

The rest of the chart is pretty much as we would expect it, but we are once again seeing the continued fall of Minecraft<\/a> (which used to be a regular in the top ten). This time, the game lands at 27th, dropping from the already-low spot of 22nd last week \u2014 what is happening?!<\/p>\n
