His &#8220;Hold the Door&#8221; move in normal activation will now only spawn a single door instead of two, with his charged activation still spawning two doors.<\/p>\n<p>The distance players can be teleported by these doors (in both directions) has also been cut by 10% and doors now disappear after 10 seconds instead of 20 seconds. Here are the full patch notes, which also include some changes to Sulley and various other fixes:<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Disney Speedstorm Hotfix &#8211; May 16<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3>Racer balancing &#8211; Mike Wazowski<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Normal Activation of the \u201cHold The Door\u201d Unique Skill will now spawn 1 door instead of 2. Charged Activation will still spawn 2 doors.<\/li>\n<li>The distance players are teleported by doors in both directions has been reduced by 10%.<\/li>\n<li>Doors will now disappear after 10 seconds. (Down from 20 seconds)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Racer balancing &#8211; Sulley<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The Area of Effect (AOE) of the \u201cFearsome Roar\u201d Unique Skill has been increased, making it easier to stun rival Racers.<\/li>\n<li>The shape of the AOE has also been adjusted to make it easier to stun rivals.<\/li>\n<li>The effect \u201cFearsome Roar\u201d has on rival Racers has been changed from a long stun to a shorter stun and now has knock back.<\/li>\n<li>Activating \u201cFearsome Roar\u201d will now refill Sulley\u2019s Manual Boost Bar whether rival Racers have been stunned or not.<\/li>\n<li>Additional Manual Boost is now received by Sulley for each rival Racer stunned by \u201cFearsome Roar\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Fixes<\/h3>\n<h3>Unique Skills<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Fixed an issue causing the effects of the Charged Activation of Celia Mae\u2019s Unique Skill \u201cSnake And Shake\u201d to persist for the duration of a race under certain circumstances.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>General<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Fixed an issue causing players to sometimes get stuck in an infinite respawn loop after falling off a grind rail on the Toon Village racetrack.<\/li>\n<li>Fixed an issue causing Founder\u2019s Pack Welcome Screens from appearing every time the game is launched on PS4.<\/li>\n<li>Fixed various crash instances.<\/li>\n<li>Various Stability improvements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<p>Here&#8217;s a look at Mike&#8217;s unique skill &#8220;Hold The Door&#8221; before this update:<\/p>\n<aside class=\"object object-youtube\">\n<figure class=\"youtube\" data-videoid=\"3wkOMWw7g78\">[embedded content]<figcaption class=\"youtube-sub\">Subscribe to <a class=\"external\" rel=\"noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/subscription_center?add_user=nintendolife\">Nintendo Life<\/a> on <span class=\"g-ytsubscribe\" data-channel=\"nintendolife\" data-layout=\"default\" data-count=\"default\"><a class=\"external\" rel=\"noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/nintendolife\">YouTube<\/a><\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/aside>\n<p><!-- cache: html:nintendolife.com\/ssl\/switch-eshop\/related-articles:148052 @ 2023-05-17T07:42:41+01:00 --><\/p>\n<aside class=\"block object-related\"> <\/aside>\n<p><em>What do you think of this latest hotfix?
