Not only is Honkai Star Rail\u2019s Luocha<\/a> very handsome, but he\u2019s also our first pick for support. His healing scales with his attack, he can deal some pretty good damage, and remove any buffs from foes. <\/p>\n

Seele<\/h3>\n

Honkai Star Rail\u2019s Seele<\/a> is a fantastic DPS option who can deal loads of damage to a single target over a short period of time. We recommend you build her focusing on attack and crit. <\/p>\n
