It’s the weekeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeend *cough cough splutter*<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

We made it through another week, folks. Well done. It’s been quite an interesting one, hasn’t it? With only one month to go until the launch of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom<\/a>, Nintendo graced us with the third and final trailer for the game<\/a>, and boy<\/em>, was it a good one!<\/p>\n

There was so<\/em> much to unpack from the new footage, so we did just that with a comprehensive breakdown<\/a>; be sure to check that out. With the proper introduction of Ganondorf, it seems many folks are quite taken with the character’s new burly look<\/a>. Adding fuel to the fire, it was confirmed that the wonderful Matthew Mercer would be voicing Ganondorf in his latest appearance<\/a>. Phew, we’re sweating.<\/p>\n

In other news, the Super Mario Bros. theme tune was added to the Library of Congress<\/a>, making it the first video game track to do so. Mega Man Battle Network got a solid recommendation from us in our review<\/a>, and finally, it was confirmed that PolyGame Master Arcade titles are not only coming to the Switch, but they’re out<\/a> now<\/a><\/em> in a handy little collection.<\/p>\n

Now it’s time to kick back with some gaming. Let’s see what we’ve all got planned for this weekend, shall we?<\/p>\n
