We have the latest Japanese charts for you and it’s largely a familiar sight this week, with Kirby’s Return to Dream Land Deluxe<\/a> maintaining its lead with another 25,201 copies sold.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Bayonetta Origins: Cereza and the Lost Demon<\/a> has made its own debut in the top ten, coming in at number six with 6,474 copies sold. It’s admittedly a significant drop from what Bayonetta 3 managed back in October 2022<\/a>, selling 41,285 copies in its first week.<\/p>\n

Otherwise, it’s business as usual in Japan this week. Pok\u00e9mon Scarlet and Violet<\/a> continue to sell well, creeping up to a total of 5 million copies since its launch, while Octopath Traveler II<\/a> has surpassed a total of 80,000.<\/p>\n

    Over on the hardware front, the PlayStation 5 once again comes out on top, though only by a small margin, with just 1006 units separating the console from the Switch OLED Model. If you factor in the sales for the standard model and the Switch Lite, it’s a mighty impressive week for Nintendo’s console.<\/p>\n
