No surprise to see that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nintendolife.com\/games\/nintendo-switch\/pokemon_scarlet_and_violet\">Pok\u00e9mon Scarlet &amp; Violet<\/a> are again at the top with an impressive 375,665 units sold, with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nintendolife.com\/games\/nintendo-switch\/splatoon_3\">Splatoon 3<\/a> in second with 121,173 units.<\/p>\n<p>However, the big story is that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nintendolife.com\/games\/nintendo-switch\/mario_kart_8_deluxe\">Mario Kart 8 Deluxe<\/a> has surpassed five million physical sales in Japan. That means the game has sold just under one million units a year. And it&#8217;s still a mainstay in the weekly charts, so those numbers will just keep going up. However, you&#8217;ll notice that Pok\u00e9mon is hot on its heels already with over 4.3 million physical copies sold.<\/p>\n<p>There are no new games in the top ten this week, but <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nintendolife.com\/games\/nintendo-switch\/nintendo_switch_sports\">Nintendo Switch Sports<\/a> has climbed back up into third place, while <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nintendolife.com\/games\/nintendo-switch\/super_smash_bros_ultimate\">Super Smash Bros.
