Over the past year, that has meant being able to do more \u2013 and often much, much more \u2013 with less. experience<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Despite not having a technical background, Edgar Sim\u00f5es used Microsoft\u2019s Power Platform, including Power Pages, to build Ukraine Live Aid to connect refugees
