There will also be &#8220;Pok\u00e9genic&#8221; picture spots around the Gardens by the Bay, featuring Pok\u00e9mon graffiti.<\/p>\n<p>But the drone show seems to be what&#8217;s capturing people&#8217;s imaginations the most, after it took place at 7:30pm on the 19th November in Singapore&#8217;s Marina Bay.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"gallery\"><figcaption class=\"caption\"><em class=\"credit\">Images: The Pok\u00e9mon Company<\/em><\/figcaption><\/aside>\n<p>The show lasted twenty minutes, and mostly featured Pikachu and Pikachu-adjacent iconography, including &#8220;PIKA \u2665 SG&#8221;, plus other Pok\u00e9mon like Corsola and Shaymin.<\/p>\n<p>The drone show has appeared before in <a href=\"https:\/\/flying-pikachu.com\/en\/event\/japan\/okinawa_chatan.html\">Okinawa, Japan<\/a>, and its popularity both there and in Singapore hopefully means the drone show will continue to appear in more cities across the globe in future.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It&#8217;s Pikachu weekend in Singapore, and The Pok\u00e9mon Company is going all-out with a number of events \u2014 including a Pikachu dance party, a Pok\u00e9mon GO Safari Zone with Maractus, Shiny Purrloin, and a purple T-shirt Pikachu available to catch, and a massive Pok\u00e9mon drone show with Pikachu as the star.
