Aside from releasing a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nintendolife.com\/news\/2022\/11\/pokemon-scarlet-and-violet-teases-two-new-pokemon-in-latest-trailer\">new trailer<\/a> which gave us a look at two new &#8216;mon, the <a href=\"https:\/\/scarletviolet.pokemon.com\/en-us\/news\/rotom_phone_case\/\">game&#8217;s official site<\/a> has been rife with news drops, detailing the first opponents in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nintendolife.com\/news\/2022\/11\/pokemon-scarlet-and-violet-confirms-eevee-and-charizard-for-first-tera-raid-battles\">Tera Raid Battles<\/a> and now giving us some information on how to unlock some sweet in-game merch for our Rotom Phones.<\/p>\n<p>The merch of which we speak is a series of in-game phone cases which can be selected to keep your Rotom looking fresh as you explore the Paldea region. The best part is that they will be really easy to redeem (so long as you have played a Pok\u00e9mon game on your Switch before).<\/p>\n<p>If you have any previous play records from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nintendolife.com\/games\/nintendo-switch\/pokemon_legends_arceus\">Pok\u00e9mon Legends: Arceus<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nintendolife.com\/games\/nintendo-switch\/pokemon_brilliant_diamond_and_shining_pearl\">Pok\u00e9mon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nintendolife.com\/games\/nintendo-switch\/pokemon_sword_and_shield\">Pok\u00e9mon Sword and Shield<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nintendolife.com\/games\/nintendo-switch\/pokemon_lets_go_pikachu_and_lets_go_eevee\">Pok\u00e9mon: Let\u2019s Go, Pikachu! and Let\u2019s Go, Eevee!<\/a> then you will be able to redeem the Rotom case and swap them out as you please. Each case is different depending on which game you take the play records from. If you have played Brilliant Diamond in the past then you will get a Brilliant Diamond-inspired case, if you have played Sword then you will get a Sword-inspired one and so on.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"gallery\"><\/aside>\n<p>According to the <a href=\"https:\/\/scarletviolet.pokemon.com\/en-us\/news\/rotom_phone_case\/\">news post<\/a> from The Pok\u00e9mon Company, these in-game cases can be redeemed by talking to the NPC at the bottom of the stairs in Mesagoza\u2019s central plaza &#8211; approximately two hours of play into the game.<\/p>\n<p>Pok\u00e9mon Scarlet and Violet releases <strong>18th November<\/strong>, and you bet that we will be speeding to Mesagoza to get our hands on some in-game freebies.<\/p>\n<p><em>What do you make of this Rotom reveal?
