Ahh, Mario Party<\/a>.<\/em> The destroyer of friendships. The ice-breaker. The game you get out every holiday season, lose at, only to hide it away for another 365 days but hold a grudge for a lifetime.<\/p>\n

The Mario Party<\/strong> series has been going since 1998 on the Nintendo 64, causing family squabbles and fabled rivalries ever since. And, with the sobering news that Mario Party 4<\/a> \u2014 the series’ first GameCube entry \u2014 is 20 years old<\/em> on 21st October 2022, we thought there’s no better way of celebrating than a community game of Bumper Balls! Or, wait, sorry… a community poll!<\/p>\n

With 17 Mario Party<\/em> games in total, everyone’s got to have their own favourite entry, whether they started right at the beginning, or have only just started with Mario Party Superstars<\/a> and are waiting wistfully for some DLC (us too!). It’s going to be as fierce as a 15-turn game, we think \u2014 but without all of those family feuds.<\/p>\n

Just like previous reader-ranked polls<\/a>, we’re asking you, the lovely readers, to rate every single Mario Party game you’ve played from the list below.<\/p>\n
