Sega is speeding up on Sonic Frontiers<\/a> info \u2014 although, has it really<\/em> ever slowed down since the start of this summer? And today, the company has revealed that November’s open-zone Sonic game will be getting a two-part digital comic and<\/em> an animation, both of which are prequels.<\/p>\n

Part 1 of the comic, called Sonic Frontiers – Prologue: Convergence<\/strong>, will be available online next Tuesday \u2014 18th October \u2014 with Part 2 following not long after, though no date was specified. The prequel animation also doesn’t have a specific release date yet, but Sega did say “soon”, so maybe it won’t be much longer!<\/p>\n

Both plan to show what happened prior to the events of Sonic Frontiers and the animation was teased as part of Sega’s Sonic Central broadcast back in June<\/a>.<\/p>\n

For now, Sega has given us a look at the comic’s art, which has been drawn by Archie regular Evan Stanley<\/a>. And, as always, she’s done a fantastic job!<\/p>\n
