This initiative is NOAA\u2019s successful, long-running program to formally recognize partners who are improving the United States\u2019 readiness, responsiveness and resilience against extreme weather, water and climate events.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.msn.com\/en-us\/weather?ocid=windirect\">Weather by Microsoft Start<\/a> powers experiences integrated into Microsoft 365, the Microsoft Edge browser and over 1.4 billion Windows devices worldwide. Using industry-leading machine learning and AI, Microsoft combines multiple observational datasets with its proprietary algorithms designed to generate highly accurate forecasts.
