He is a small cat, and he is grass-type. He&#8217;s 1&#8217;4&#8243; tall, 9 lbs, and his ability is Overgrow. He&#8217;s supposed to look like a chili pepper, but we think he looks like an apple. He&#8217;s fire-type, obviously, 1&#8217;4&#8243; tall, 21.6 lbs (he&#8217;s a heavy boy!) and he has the ability Blaze. He&#8217;s the water-type Duckling Pok\u00e9mon, the tallest of the three at 1&#8217;8&#8243; tall, 13.4 lbs, and with the ability Torrent. He&#8217;s one of the Pok\u00e9mon used by your friend, Nemona, with the ability Static or Natural Cure. He can generate electricity by rubbing his cheeks, and we officially think that Game Freak has run out of ideas. Chunky. He&#8217;s fat). He&#8217;s a normal-type Hog Pok\u00e9mon, 1&#8217;8&#8243; tall, and a whopping 22.5 lbs, with the ability Aroma Veil (which repels bug Pok\u00e9mon) or Gluttony. We love him. He&#8217;s a dual grass and normal-type Olive Pok\u00e9mon, 1&#8242; tall, 14.3 lbs (probably due to the olive pit), and he has the ability Early Bird. Much like a camel, Smoliv stores nutrients in the form of oil in the fruit on its head, so he can go for a week without eating or drinking. He&#8217;s a land whale, with strong muscles, thick blubber, and a horn that can freeze its surroundings. His official description states that &#8220;in ancient times, Wooper lived underwater in the Paldea region. But it seems after losing in a struggle for territory, they began living in bogs on land,&#8221; further reinforcing the past\/future theme that Scarlet and Violet is going for. Also, we appreciate the neat touch to his design that his&#8230; whiskers (?) look like the international symbol for &#8220;poison&#8221; \u2014 crossed bones.<\/p>\n<p>The description also says that &#8220;you may see poisoned Pok\u00e9mon in areas where these Wooper live,&#8221; which <em>sounds like<\/em> Scarlet and Violet may introduce wild battles with Pok\u00e9mon that have pre-existing status effects. The official Pok\u00e9mon website describes him thusly:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;Fidough\u2019s moist, smooth skin has elastic qualities and is both firm and soft at the same time. When these Pok\u00e9mon become excited, they intimidate their opponents by puffing up their bodies to appear bigger.\u200b<\/p>\n<p>Fidough ferments things in its vicinity using the yeast in its breath. Said yeast is useful for cooking, so this Pok\u00e9mon has been protected by people since long ago.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Wow! Gross!<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"koraidon-andamp-miraidon\">Koraidon &amp; Miraidon<\/h3>\n<figure class=\"picture ptris\"><a class=\"scanlines\" title=\"Legendary\" href=\"https:\/\/images.nintendolife.com\/2dc4954bbbb01\/legendary.large.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazy\" src=\"image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciIHZpZXdCb3g9IjAgMCA5MDAgNDk2Ij48L3N2Zz4=\" width=\"900\" height=\"496\" data-original=\"https:\/\/images.nintendolife.com\/2dc4954bbbb01\/legendary.900x.jpg\" alt=\"Legendary\"><\/a><\/figure>\n<p>Koraidon (left) is the first of the two legendaries, which players of Pok\u00e9mon Scarlet will get to meet. Not much is known about Koraidon, but according to <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/pokejungle\/status\/1531989709165105152\">Pok\u00e9jungle<\/a>, &#8220;korai&#8221; means &#8220;ancient&#8221; in Japanese. He looks dragon-type, at least, maybe with a dual fighting or fire type.<\/p>\n<p>Miraidon (right) is the legendary for Pok\u00e9mon Violet, and Pok\u00e9jungle says that &#8220;mirai&#8221; means &#8220;future&#8221; in Japanese \u2014 and he certainly looks the part, because he looks like a dragon made out of car parts. Perhaps dragon\/electric type?<\/p>\n<p>The latest trailer confirms that Miraidon and Koraidon will be rideable as motorbikes, flying motorbikes, and sea motorbikes. Potentially, this means that we&#8217;ll be able to get the legendaries very early on in the game.
