Sat atop a tree branch with a cheeky smile, dressed in delicate, fairy-like clothes, Genshin Impact\u2019s Nahida is definitely up to something \u2013 and we\u2019re here to theorise what. <\/p>\n

So, let\u2019s take a closer look at Genshin Impact\u2019s Nahida<\/strong>, along with her design, potential element, release date, and what\u2019s behind that mischievous, knowing little smile. We\u2019ll be sure to update this guide when Hoyoverse shares more about her, but in the meantime, let\u2019s get to theorising! <\/p>\n

Who is Genshin Impact\u2019s Nahida?<\/h2>\n

We saw our first official glance at Genshin Impact\u2019s Nahdia in the third Sumeru teaser trailer. Hoyoverse didn\u2019t reveal much about her, only referring to her as a \u2018mysterious girl\u2019, but her unique design might just give us a couple of hints as to who she is. <\/p>\n

Of course, we know that Nahida is associated with Genshin Impact\u2019s Sumeru<\/a>, and her outfit certainly enforces this. She has a predominantly green, white, and silver colour scheme, with her clothes taking the shape of flower petals. Her cape is reminiscent of a pair of wings, making her look almost like a tree fairy. She\u2019s also adorned with little motifs that look similar to four-leaf clovers, which also appear in her pupils. <\/p>\n

And this is where it gets interesting \u2013 many of us have come to theorise that Nahida may actually be Genshin Impact\u2019s Lesser Lord Kusanali, Sumeru\u2019s archon. We already know (through various dialogue lines) that Kusanali is young and small in stature, which fits in with Nahida\u2019s model. Also, her fairy-like appearance ties in with the meaning of Kusanali, which comes from the Pali words kusa (kusa-grass, a sacred plant) and naku (a hollow stalk or tube). In Chinese, her name literally translates to \u2018little lucky-grass monarch\u2019, and that seems to fit Nahida\u2019s design perfectly \u2013 especially with the clover-like symbols. <\/p>\n

The most compelling argument for Kusanali being the dendro archon is her appearance. Like previous archons, she doesn\u2019t appear to have a vision on her, and her hair is tipped with a green gradient \u2013 something that appears to be a common trait shared by Genshin Impact\u2019s Zhongli<\/a>, Genshin Impact\u2019s Raiden<\/a>, and Genshin Impact\u2019s Venti<\/a>. <\/p>\n

Remember this is, however, all theory-crafting, and Hoyoverse is yet to give us any confirmation, but it\u2019s fun to guess! <\/p>\n

What is Genshin Impact Nahida\u2019s element?<\/h2>\n

Though nothing is confirmed, Nahida\u2019s design makes us think that she\u2019s likely a dendro wielder. <\/p>\n

When is Genshin Impact Nahida\u2019s banner?<\/h2>\n

We don\u2019t know Genshin Impact Nahida\u2019s release date or banner yet, but we\u2019re pretty sure it won\u2019t be in version 3.0, so we\u2019ll likely have to wait until 3.1 onward. However, she could still appear in the storyline before then \u2013 we\u2019ll keep our eyes peeled. <\/p>\n

What are Genshin Impact Nahida\u2019s skills?<\/h2>\n

Hoyoverse is yet to share anything about Nahida\u2019s skills, role, or rarity yet. But we\u2019ll let you know as soon as we find out. <\/p>\n
